If you have previously ordered management plans form Diabete-ezy your next order will continue from the price of your previous order. For example if you ordered 2 A4 School posters in 2005 and wanted to reorder 2 more A4 School posters in 2006 with no information changes, you will only be charged $12.50 each for these posters.

Information Changes

If photo or information changes are required within 12 months of your first order there will be no charge for the first change, only the cost of the new information sheets and cards will apply. After this period all changes will be charged a $7.50 fee, this will be added to the total price of your order.

Reference Number

This number is only required when reordering Personalised Diabetes Management Plans, it can be found on the bottom right of your A4 poster and the back bottom right of the cards.
