To send back an item
Please print out and fill in the Returns/Exchange form and follow the instructions for delivery.
Although the products provide some protection to items inside, Diabete-ezy is not liable for any damage or loss of customer’s items caused by drops, falls and general misuse. This includes Ezy-fit Cases, Multi-fit Cases and all forms of Pump Belts.
Diabete-ezy respects your statutory rights. Please hold on to your proof of purchase (ie. your receipt) as it will be required to return and receive an exchange on your items.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you need to exchange a product, you can return it to us, provided it is within 14 days of shipment to you. You will only be offered an exchange on the goods, provided you have proof of purchase and the goods are returned in original resalable condition, ie. The product has not been worn and all packaging is intact. For exchanges, please complete a returns/exchange form and return items to the our PO Box address and also enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope to allow us to resend the exchange product back to you. If an item is to be exchanged, please call our Customer Service Team on 07 3289 5444 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning item to ensure the correct process for your item. Your Order Number and receipt and Completed Returns/Exchange Form are required to enable us to process/exchange items.
If an item is faulty, please call our Customer Service Team on 07 3289 5444 or send an email to email@example.com before returning a faulty item to ensure the correct process for your item. Your Order Number and receipt are required to enable us to exchange any faulty items. Diabete-ezy will always take a fair and reasonable approach; however we will not replace items such as cases, or pump belts, which have been purchased over 6 months. Each customers handling of products after purchase is different, therefore Diabete-ezy cannot be held responsible for wear and tear on these products.
