Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be dispatched.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

• Australia Domestic Express post 1-3 business days (Tracking provided)
• Australia Domestic Regular post 2-7 business days (Tracking provided)
• International Regular post 6 – 21 Business days, this includes all countries other than Australia. Countries that are able to track their orders include New Zealand, USA, UK, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Malaysia, China and Canada. All other countries will receive a tracking number but the item will not be trackable along its journey.

Please be aware that Diabete-ezy are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs in your country.

Once your order is passed onto our postal company (Australia Post or Castaway Couriers), your parcel will then he out of our hands and is in the control of the Postal company.

Diabete-ezy is not liable if the wrong shipping information is provided to us at the check out point and therefore is no liable to refund the order but can re-dispatch to the corrected address once the parcel has been returned to sender and reached Diabete-ezy, at the customers expense.
